プライバシーポリシー

このプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）はPeaceful運営者（以下，「本サービス運営者」といいます。）の提供するサービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます。）における、本サービス利用者（以下、「ユーザー」といいます。）の利用により発生、若しくは取得したデータ（以下、「利用者情報」といいます。）の取り扱いを定めたものです。

収集する利用者情報及び収集方法

本ポリシーにおいて、「利用者情報」とはユーザーの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他ユーザーのスマートフォン、パーソナルコンピュータ等の端末において、ユーザーまたはユーザーの端末に関連して生成、または蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき本サービス運営者が収集するものを意味するものとします。本サービスにおいて本サービス運営者が収集する利用者情報は、その収集方法に応じて、以下のようなものになります。

ユーザーからご提供いただく情報

ユーザーが本サービス上でアカウントを開設する際に、ご提供いただく情報は以下のとおりです。

メールアドレス

ユーザーが本サービスを利用するにあたって、本サービス運営者が収集する情報
- 端末情報
- アクセスログ情報
- Cookie及び匿名ID
- ADID/IDFA (スマートフォンなどモバイルからのアクセスの場合)
- ユーザーが本サービスを利用するにあたって、任意で提供する情報
  - ユーザーの同意のもと、本サービス利用体験(特にAI機能からの出力)を最適化するために以下の情報を任意で収集することがあります。ただし、これらを提供しない場合でも、本サービス機能はご利用いただけます
  - ユーザーは以下の情報を任意のタイミングで削除することも可能です
    - 性別
    - 生年月日
    - 居住地域（例：関東・関西等）
    - 職業（自由記述形式）
    - 喫煙の習慣
    - 飲酒の習慣
    - 精神疾患の罹患歴
    - 精神疾患の服薬状況
    - 心理療法の実践経験
    - 本サービス利用時に記録内で頻出する人間関係（例：母、上司等）
    - 本サービス利用時に記録内で頻出する物・場所・固有名詞とその定義
パートナーからの情報

本サービスは他のビジネスパートナーと共通して保有している識別子（例えば、ADID/IDFA）をキーに、本サービス利用者情報とビジネスパートナーのサービス利用者情報を紐づけることができます。これには例えば下記の情報を含みます。

ユーザーのデバイス
訪問したウェブサイト
購入履歴
閲覧した広告
パートナーのサービスの利用状況

これらの情報はユーザーがPeacefulにログインしているかどうかに関わらず提供されます。本サービス運営者はこれらのパートナーが本サービス運営者にデータを提供する前に、ビジネスパートナーが利用者のデータを取得、利用、共有する正当な権利を有していることを弊社は当該ビジネスパートナーに要求するものとします。

利用目的

利用者情報は上記「収集する利用者情報及び収集方法」に定める通り本サービスの提供の為に利用されるほか、下記に定めるとおり、その他の目的にも利用される場合があります。

本サービスのサービス提供に関わる利用者情報の具体的な利用目的は以下のとおりです。

本サービスに関するご案内、お問い合わせの対応のため
本サービスに関する本サービス運営者の規約、ポリシー等（以下「規約等」といいます。）に違反する行為に対する対応のため
上記の利用目的に付随する利用のため

上記以外の利用目的は以下の通りです。

利用目的	利用の概要
(1) 本サービスのパーソナライズなどの改善	本サービス運営者は保有する利用者情報を、機能とコンテンツのパーソナライズなどユーザーの利用体験を改善する目的で使用します。
(2) 本サービスに関連して、個人を識別できない形式に加工した統計データを作成するため	外部に公開する本サービスの概要資料作成や、本サービス利用者の実態を把握する目的で使用します。
(3) 新機能・サービス開発のため	利用者属性別の傾向分析を通じた新機能・サービスを開発するために使用します。
(4) 本サービス運営者または第三者への広告配信または表示のため	本サービス運営者は保有する利用者情報を本サービス内の広告配信、若しくは第三者への広告配信または表示する目的で使用します。
(5) 測定、分析、その他マーケティングサービスの提供	本サービス運営者は保有する利用者情報を、広告主などのパートナーが広告効果やサービス利用状況を測定し、そのパートナーのウェブサイト、アプリ、サービスをどのようなタイプの人々が利用し、どのように反応しているかを分析できるようにする目的で使用します。
(6) 安全、保全、セキュリティの推進	悪質な行為への対処、スパムなどの問題と検知と防止、アカウントとアクティビティの認証や助けが必要な人を特定するために利用されます。
(7) 公益目的の調査と分析	本サービス運営者は保有する利用者情報を、広く社会の福祉、技術の発展、および公共の利益、健康、福利に関する調査分析の実施や支援に利用します。

通知、公表または同意取得の方法、利用中止要請の方法

ユーザーは、本サービス運営者の下記連絡先に通知することで、利用者情報の一部についてその利用の停止を求めることができ、この場合、本サービス運営者は速やかに、その利用を停止します。なお利用者情報の項目によっては、その収集または利用が本サービスの前提となるため、本サービス運営者所定の方法により本サービスを退会した場合に限り、その収集を停止します。

第三者提供

本サービス運営者は、利用者情報のうち、個人情報については、個人情報保護法その他の法令に基づき開示が認められる場合を除くほか、あらかじめユーザーの同意を得ないで、第三者に提供しません。但し、次に掲げる場合はこの限りではありません。

本サービス運営者が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
合併その他事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
第2項で定めた利用目的に従って、広告主、ビジネスパートナーその他サードパーティに個人情報が提供される場合
国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ユーザーの同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
その他、個人情報保護法若しくはその他の法令で認められる場合

個人情報の開示

本サービス運営者は、ユーザーから、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められたときは、ユーザーご本人からのご請求であることを確認の上で、ユーザーに対し、遅滞なく開示を行います（当該個人が存在しない時はその旨を通知いたします。）但し、個人情報保護法その他の法令により、本サービス運営者が開示の義務を負わない場合は、この限りではありません。なお、個人情報の開示につきましては、手数料（1件あたり1,000円、本サービス運営者の定める方法でお支払い）を頂戴しておりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

個人情報の訂正および利用停止等

本サービス運営者は、ユーザーから(1)個人情報が真実でないという理由によって個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその内容の訂正を求められた場合、および(2)あらかじめ公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由でまたは偽りその他不正の手段により収集されたものであるという理由により、個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用停止を求められた場合には、ユーザーご本人からの請求であることを確認の上で遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その旨をユーザーに通知します。なお、合理的な理由に基づいて訂正または利用停止を行わない旨を決定したときは、ユーザーに対しその旨を通知いたします。

本サービス運営者は、ユーザーから、ユーザーの個人情報について消去を求めらられた場合、本サービス運営者が当該請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合は、ユーザーご本人からの請求であることを確認の上で、個人情報の消去を行い、その旨を通知します。

プライバシーポリシーの変更について

本サービス運営者は利用者情報の取り扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。もし法令上ユーザーの明示的同意が必要となるような内容の変更の場合は、本サービス運営者所定の方法でユーザーの同意を得るものとします。

Peaceful Privacy Policy (English version)

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("the Policy") governs the handling of data acquired or generated through the use of the service ("the Service") provided by the provider of Peaceful ("the Service Provider") concerning the Users of the Service ("Users"). In the event of any discrepancies or differences in interpretation between the Japanese and English versions, the contents and interpretation of the Japanese version shall prevail.

Information Collected and Methods of Collection

In this Policy, "User Information" refers to information related to the identification of Users, their activity history on communication services, and other information generated or stored on devices such as smartphones and personal computers, related to the user or the user's device, which the Service Provider collect based on this Policy.

The types of User Information collected by the Service Provider through the Service are as follows:

Information provided by the user:
- Email address when opening an account on the Service.
Information collected by the Service Provider when Users use the Service:
- Device information
- Access log information
- Cookies and anonymous IDs
- ADID/IDFA (in the case of access from mobile devices)
- Information voluntarily provided by users when using this service
  - With the user’s consent, we may collect the following information on a voluntary basis to optimize the service experience, particularly the output of AI-powered features.
  - Please note that all functions of the service remain available even if you choose not to provide this information.
  - Users may also delete any of the following information at any time.
    - Gender
    - Date of birth
    - Region of residence (e.g., Kanto, Kansai, etc.)
    - Occupation (free-text input)
    - Smoking habits
    - Drinking habits
    - History of mental disorders
    - Medication status related to mental disorders
    - Experience with psychological therapy
    - Frequently mentioned relationships in user records when using this service (e.g., mother, supervisor, etc.)
    - Frequently mentioned objects, places, or proper nouns in user records when using this service, and their definitions
Information from partners:

Service Provider can link User Information with the service user information of business partners using common identifiers such as ADID/IDFA. This includes:

User's device
Websites visited
Purchase history
Advertisements viewed
Usage of partner services

This information is provided regardless of whether Users are logged into Peaceful. The Service Provider requires business partners to have legitimate rights to acquire, use, and share user data before providing it to the Service Provider.

Purpose of Use

User Information will be used for the provision of the Service as specified above and may also be used for other purposes as outlined below:

Specific purposes related to the provision of the Service include:

Registration acceptance for the Service
Communication and inquiries related to the Service
Response to actions violating the terms and policies of the Service Provider
Uses related to the above purposes

Additional purposes include:

Improvement of the Service, such as personalization
Creation of statistical data in an anonymized format for external presentation or understanding the usage of the Service
Delivery or display of advertisements by the Service Provider or third parties
Provision of measurement, analysis, and other marketing services
Promotion of safety, security, and prevention of malicious activities
Conducting and supporting research and analysis for public welfare, technological advancement, and public health and welfare

Purpose of use	Details of Use
(1) Improvement of personalization and other aspects of the service	The Service Provider use the User Information they hold to improve user experience through personalization of features and content.
(2) Creation of statistical data in anonymized form related to the service	Used for creating external documents that summarize the service and for understanding the actual usage of the service by its users.
(3) Development of new features and services	The Service Provider uses the information to develop new features and services through trend analysis by user attributes.
(4) Advertisement delivery or display by the Service Provider or third parties	The Service Provider use the User Information they hold to deliver advertisements within the service or to third parties.
(5) Provision of measurement, analysis, and other marketing services	The Service Provider use User Information to enable advertisers and partners to measure the effectiveness of ads and service usage, and to analyze how different types of people use and respond to their websites, apps, and services.
(6) Promotion of safety, security, and prevention	Used for addressing malicious activities, detecting and preventing issues such as spam, and for authenticating accounts and activities and identifying individuals in need of help.
(7) Research and analysis for public interest	The Service Provider use User Information to conduct and support research and analysis related to the welfare of society, technological advancement, public benefits, health, and well-being.

Methods for Notification, Publication, Consent Acquisition, and Opt-Out

Users can request the cessation of use of certain User Information by notifying the Service Provider at the contact below. The Service Provider will promptly stop the use of such information. However, the collection or use of certain information is essential for the Service, and its collection will cease only if the user withdraws from the Service using the prescribed method by the Service Provider.

Disclosure to Third Parties

The Service Provider will not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except as permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other applicable laws. However, exceptions include:

When it is necessary within the scope required to achieve the purposes of use
In case of business succession due to mergers or other reasons
When cooperating with national or local public authorities or their agents to perform tasks prescribed by law, where obtaining user consent could impede the performance of such tasks
Other cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws

Disclosure of Personal Information

Upon request from a user, the Service Provider will disclose personal information promptly after verifying that the request is from the user, unless disclosure is not required under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws. A fee of 1,000 yen per request is charged for this disclosure.

Correction and Cessation of Use of Personal Information

The Service Provider will promptly conduct necessary investigations upon user request for correction or cessation of use of personal information and will notify the user of the outcome. If it is decided not to correct or cease use based on reasonable grounds, the Service Provider will notify the user accordingly.

The Service Provider will also erase personal information upon user request if deemed necessary.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Service Provider will periodically review and continuously improve the handling of User Information and may modify this Policy as necessary. If changes require explicit user consent by law, consent will be obtained in the prescribed manner by the Service Provider.

(6) 推进安全、保护及保障	用于应对恶意行为、检测和防止垃圾信息等问题，以及验证账户和活动，或识别需要帮助的用户。
(7) 公益目的的研究与分析	本服务运营方将持有的用户信息用于实施或支持与社会福利、技术发展以及公共利益、健康、福利相关的广泛研究和分析。

通知、公开或取得同意的方法，以及停止使用的请求方法

用户可以通过向本服务运营方的以下联系方式发送通知，要求停止使用部分用户信息。在此情况下，本服务运营方将迅速停止该信息的使用。但需注意，对于某些用户信息，其收集或使用是本服务的前提，仅在用户按照本服务运营方规定的方式退会时，才会停止其收集。

向第三方提供信息

本服务运营方不会向第三方提供用户信息中的个人信息，除非根据个人信息保护法或其他法律法规允许披露，或者事先取得用户的同意。但在以下情况下，将不受此限制：

• 当本服务运营方在达成使用目的所需范围内，将全部或部分个人信息处理委托给第三方时。

• 因合并或其他业务继承的原因而提供个人信息时。

• 根据第2项所定使用目的，向广告主、业务合作伙伴及其他第三方提供个人信息时。

• 在国家机关或地方公共团体及其委托人员执行法律规定事务时，如因取得用户同意而可能妨碍事务的执行时。

• 其他根据个人信息保护法或其他法律法规允许的情况。

个人信息的披露

当用户根据个人信息保护法要求披露个人信息时，本服务运营方将在确认为用户本人提出的请求后，迅速向用户披露（若不存在相关个人信息，将通知用户）。但根据个人信息保护法或其他法律法规，本服务运营方没有披露义务的情况除外。此外，披露个人信息时，将收取手续费（每件1,000日元，支付方式按照本服务运营方的规定）。

个人信息的更正及停止使用

当用户因以下理由根据个人信息保护法要求更正或停止使用个人信息时：

因个人信息不真实而要求更正；
因超出预先公布的使用目的范围或通过虚假或其他不正当手段收集的理由而要求停止使用，

本服务运营方在确认请求为用户本人提出后，将迅速进行必要的调查，并将结果通知用户。若基于合理理由决定不更正或不停止使用，也会将此决定通知用户。

当用户要求删除个人信息，且本服务运营方认为有必要响应该请求时，将在确认请求为用户本人提出后，删除相关个人信息，并将结果通知用户。

关于隐私政策的变更

本服务运营方将定期审查用户信息的处理状况，并致力于持续改进。必要时，本服务运营方可能变更本政策。如涉及根据法律需用户明确同意的变更内容，本服务运营方将在规定的方式下获取用户的同意。
